We learned in episode 3 about the importance of having a quality Bible translation, but what happens when you come to a passage or verse that confuses you? What do you do then? Reading the verse in another translation would be a helpful first step. But, if you are still stuck or would like more information, a study Bible can be another helpful tool. In this episode, we discuss what a study Bible is and how it's helpful, as well as the different types of study Bibles available. We have found study Bibles to be a package deal, offering multiple benefits when reading the Bible, and hope you do, too. RESOURCES FROM THE EPISODE

We, as English speakers, are immensely blessed to have many, many Bible translations available to us. But, you may wonder, why the vast selection? Isn't one or two versions enough? Is one translation better or more accurate than the other? Are Bible translators trying to create their version of the Bible infused with their theology and agendas? In this episode, we walk through 3 major differences in Bible translations and how you can utilize multiple versions in your Bible study and reading. Join us as we relish in the fact that God has preserved his Word for us through thousands of years, so that we can read it and love it today.
